Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your Yavero Auto account and associated account data without reinstalling the app.
What to include
To help us find your account, include:
- The email address linked to your Yavero Auto account.
- Your full name.
- Your phone number, if one is linked to your account.
What gets deleted
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account information and associated account data, including profile details and active listings, unless we need to keep limited information for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.
Processing time
We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period of time. If we need more information to verify ownership of the account, we will contact you at the email address used for the request.
Sending this email starts the deletion request. It does not immediately delete your account until the request is verified and processed.
