Yavero Auto is a marketplace connecting motorcycle buyers and sellers. By using the app or website, you agree to act in good faith, post accurate information, and follow local laws when buying or selling vehicles.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated where the app allows.
Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing you post. Misrepresenting a vehicle's condition, history, price, documents, or ownership may result in listing removal or account suspension.
Transactions
Yavero Auto is not a party to any sale. We do not handle money, escrow, or vehicle transfer. Always inspect a motorcycle and verify documents before paying.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to defraud other users, misuse the service, or harm the marketplace community.
Liability
Yavero Auto is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and safe, but we do not guarantee transaction outcomes, listing accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
